Located in a very tranquil and sought after small urbanisation located on the coastal road 1.2kms from Peniscola town towards the Natural park. 


The property is in close proximity of many award winning sandy and pebble beaches. It is a 5 min walk to the sea and coastal paths leading to the Natural Park and a 15 minute walk, from the centre of Peniscola town with a comprehensive range of restaurants, bars, shopping, delis, bakers, shops, supermarkets, schools. 


The outstanding feature of Peniscola is the beautiful & history rich town & 11th century castle known as the "city in the sea "and the harbour where the fishing boats return every afternoon with their catch
