Gite 3.

A beautifully presented cottage, with open plan modern fitted kitchen, and lounge, with Godin log burner, (25m2), through to a large dining room, (21m2). In past times used as a bar and brasserie this cottage retains the original bar incorporated into the kitchen area. Two double bedrooms, (7.5m2), (11.5m2), and a very spacious family bathroom, with shower cabinet and bath. The cottage accommodates 4-5 guests.

All three gites are in great condition, and warrant their five star rating. All come fully equipped and tastefully furnished to provide a comfortable stay throughout the year, winter through to summer, and have regular returning clients because of this. As well as the Godin log burners all three gites have electric heating.

Also with this property are two large spacious barns, in very good condition and could be converted into further gites to meet the high demand for accommodation during peak season. There is also a collection of smaller outbuildings. 

There are three gardens in all. One as mentioned is situated to the side of the main home. The nearest school is 4kms in the next village, and the town of Ambazac is a 20minute drive away, and has all the necessary amenities, including, the high school, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and small boutiques. The nearest airport is in Limoges, 30 kms drive, with daily return flights to the UK. In summary, a wonderful opportunity to generate an immediate income, and live in this stunning part of France.
