About the Area


Punta Prima is a quiet residential area popular for its seafront promenade and laid-back beaches, in particular Cala Ferris, a small rocky cove of clear water backed by palm trees. Relaxed eateries scattered across the neighbourhood serve traditional Spanish food, Asian cuisine, and fish ‘n’ chips. There’s a go-kart track with courses for kids and adults, and basic shops at the Punta Marina commercial center.


Punta Prima is a typical Spanish seaside tourist resort located on the southern Costa Blanca within 30 minutes of two international airports, Murcia and Alicante.


The beaches are some of the cleanest around and have been awarded the blue flag status.
