The laundry room and shower room are separate rooms. The shower room can be entered from the  covered terrace.. There is a cloaks cupboard in the hall also. There is also a large  store cupboard under the staircase.

The land is nearly 4 hectares (37.000m2) at the entrance there is a small private wood with pine trees, many olive trees that are not in production but could be. Chemical products have never been used on the trees or the land, totally eco-friendly.

This property is very unique due to its size and is perfect for living a quiet life in Spain and still been close to all amenities also with the correct permissions would be ideal for a campsite or some form of rural tourism.

ABOUT THE AREA


Calaceite is situated on the western side of a hill, between the Matarraña and Alga valleys. It is a delightful town with aesthetic attractions: the parish church of La Asunción (17th- 18th centuries) a baroque work with three naves and a monumental façade; the City Hall, which is Renaissance; the chapel of San Antonio (17th century), situated on the street of the same name; the hermitages of San Roque (17th-19th centuries) and La Virgen del Pilar (18th century). There is also a Gothic terminal cross (13th- 14th centuries) with an octagonal pillar and a simple base, which was rebuilt in the 15th century. Calaceite also preserves numerous buildings from the 18th century.

In the Calaceite district is the Iberian archaeological site of San Antonio, where pieces from the 5th century BC have been found.

There have been very small numbers of Covid19 in the village and obviously the house is totally removed from any chance of infection.

Local Butcher sells locally farmed Lamb and also locally farmed Goat, you will also find locally produced honey and cheeses.

The region is famous for olive oil production from high grade olives. The name Calaceite means village of oil.  There is an excellent restaurant in the village. There are also others in the region.  There are hotels in the village from high end to economical.

The local village has a number of Festivals throughout the year, which are well attended.
